I tried to write chords. I always felt that writing chords for anime songs are really difficult because they don't follow the standard 4 chords format that English Pop songs do.
What is interesting is that the chords progressions are not very fix and can jump around.
English Pop song follows I-IV-V-vii or I-V-vii-IV or I-vii-V-IV or I-IV-vii-V...
they usually just repeat the same 4 chords throughout the songs
But anime songs like to fit in the 3rd iii and sometimes the 2nd ii and add flavour with 7-chords.
Like in this song. The major key is G.
I = G
ii = Am
iii = Bm (according to theory here should be Bm7 but I prefer B7 sound more than Bm7)
IV = C
V = D
vii = Em
Sometimes it gets confusing. I hope you like the chords I wrote for this. :D

Some of you asked for the rhythm for the chords: [This is just my interpretation. You can play freestyle if you want]
Em [↓] C [↓]
